Once an order is placed, we ship it as soon as possible. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen once they have shipped. If you have not received your order, please email us at info@whothatgurl.com
How long does processing take?
- If your order is custom, please allow 7-10 days for the garment to be made.
- Allow 1-2 business days for processing and handling on all orders placed Monday-Friday
- Orders placed Saturday-Sunday are processed on the next business day, Monday.
How Long Does Shipping Take?
- Standard US shipping takes 3-5 business days
- Standard Canada shipping takes 4-6 business days
- Standard International shipping takes 7-21 business days
How much is shipping?
All pricing is determined by the buyer upon checkout. Pricing will be calculated based off of location, weight of order, and delivery preference.
